Job summary

Aledade, a public benefit corporation, is seeking a telephony & AI integration leader to architect and implement Five9-based solutions and API connectivity across our enterprise contact center. You will collaborate with security, IT, and stakeholders to ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliant operations, while leading automation and migrations in a remote-first culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in contact center tech, with scripting experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting contact center technology, systems engineering, telephony platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience administering Five9 or another CCaaS platform and architecting integrations.
• Automation familiarity with low-code tools or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
• Ability to navigate security reviews, document workflows in Jira, and integrate systems on the telephony platform.
• Experience with enterprise tech implementations, platform migrations, or technical projects.
• Experience partnering with Information Security and Compliance teams on SOX controls and vendor assessments.
• Knowledge of SIP trunking, telephony infrastructure, and carrier connectivity.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Motivated to explore and implement new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of REST API integrations, automation, and connectivity between Five9, AI solutions, and internal apps.
• Lead technical implementations of telephony and AI initiatives, platform migrations, workflows, and contact center enhancements.
• Design, configure, and optimize Five9 solutions including dialers, routing, IVRs, queues, and automation.
• Develop, test, deploy APIs and telephony changes with emphasis on reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Compliance, IT, and stakeholders on security reviews and SOX controls.
• Manage relationships with telephony, carrier, AI, and integration vendors for ongoing performance.
