One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana seeks a Receptionist to create Forbes Five-Star guest experiences. You welcome guests, coordinate spa reservations, and collaborate with therapists and hotel departments to ensure seamless service and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a luxury resort environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience in a luxury spa, hotel, resort, reception, reservations, or guest services environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a strong first impression.
• Manage spa reservations and communications between guests, therapists, and departments.
• Process payments, deposits, and retail transactions per resort procedures.
• Maintain guest profiles and ensure accurate data in the spa management system.
