Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in the United States is seeking a dedicated Attendant, Spa & Fitness to uphold Forbes Five-Star standards by maintaining pristine spa and wellness facilities and delivering warm, personalized service to guests.

Working with therapists and front desk teams, you will ensure luxurious guest experiences, oversee locker rooms, hydrothermal areas, and fitness spaces, and support operations with efficiency and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, orient, and guide guests through Wellness facilities.
• Explain hydrothermal experiences and amenities.
• Handle guest requests professionally.
• Maintain locker rooms, lounges, fitness center, and hydrothermal areas.
• Restock robes, towels, beverages, and amenities.
• Monitor spa safety and cleanliness.
• Support therapists with linen and supplies.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily checklists.
• Maintain inventory and storerooms.
• Report maintenance concerns to management.
