One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana seeks a Spa Reservationist to deliver Forbes Five-Star service, creating personalized wellness journeys and anticipating guest needs. The role balances exceptional guest interactions with operational efficiency, therapist utilization, and revenue optimization.

As the trusted wellness concierge, you will handle bookings, guide treatment selections, and maintain accurate guest records while collaborating with Spa, Concierge, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or spa reservations preferred.
• Forbes Five-Star or luxury resort experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• Proficiency with spa reservation systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized, anticipatory service during every guest interaction.
• Manage spa reservations accurately using the spa management system.
• Schedule treatments and optimize therapist utilization and room availability.
• Coordinate VIP, group, and special bookings with attention to guest preferences.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain professional written communication.
• Maintain guest profiles and accurate reservations for personalized visits.
• Promote retail products and spa enhancements to guests.
