Kohler Waters Spa at Burr Ridge is seeking a part-time guest services associate to uphold Forbes 5-Star standards and assist with spa treatments, product sales, and guest relations. Work shifts span weekdays and weekends, onsite in Burr Ridge, IL, with compensation aligned to the hourly range.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in spa or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions and issue resolution.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and maintain cleanliness at Forbes 5-Star level
• Process transactions and book/edit spa treatments in the PMS
• Communicate spa options, policies, and amenities to guests
• Handle retail transactions with attention to detail
• Receive and address guest feedback with supervision
• Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing environment
• Attend spa events and staff meetings as directed
• Comply with attendance, safety, and SOPs standards
