Responsibilities

• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service.
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty.
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise.
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommended for their home care.
