The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Concierge to join our Rooms Division team and be an integral part of our guest-focused service. This luxury property on Michigan Ave aims to deliver exceptional experiences and uphold Forbes standards.

The role involves assisting guests with reservations, tickets, and local information while coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless, personalized stay. Requirements include at least 2 years of Concierge experience, strong city knowledge,

Qualifications

• 2 years of Concierge experience in luxury property preferred.
• Strong knowledge of city points of interest.
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera system.
• Ability to handle high work demand and pressure with strong organization skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper operation of all Concierge responsibilities.
• Adhere to Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Maintain consistency in performance per Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Communicate with all departments to create a guest-centric experience.
• Provide information on City and Peninsula attractions and points of interest.
• Handle guest requests including restaurant reservations, ticket procurement, and shipping.
• Ensure efficient handover and smooth Concierge operations.
