Job summary

The Sea Pines Resort is seeking a Bellman for The Inn & Club at Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island to deliver Forbes Four-Star hospitality from arrival to departure, warmly greeting guests, assisting with luggage, doors, and check-in guidance.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Butler teams to ensure seamless service, maintain arrival areas, and provide recommendations on dining and resort experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with professionalism and personalized recognition upon arrival.
• Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and direction of check-in procedures.
• Provide knowledgeable dining, amenity, and resort recommendations.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Butler teams to enhance service.
