Job summary

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. You will be the first and last point of contact, shaping a Forbes Four-Star experience with a warm and professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have prior hospitality or front desk experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve guest concerns quickly while offering personalized recommendations about resort amenities and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Prior guest relations or front desk experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries politely.
• Provide information about resort amenities, dining and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and special accommodations with urgency and professionalism.
• Process reservations, room changes and billing transactions.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room availability and communicate occupancy updates.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
• Adhere to Forbes Travel Guide standards and service expectations.
