Job summary

The Westin Poinsett, Greenville, SC, part-time Bellman/Valet role is on-site at HEI Hotels & Resorts. You will assist guests with luggage, explain hotel facilities, and maintain the bell stand and baggage area while delivering a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with their luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours of operation, and local attractions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests and manage baggage area.
• Open doors and greet guests; maintain bell stand clean and orderly.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms; assist with airport pickups/drop-offs.
