Job summary

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. As the first and last contact, you will shape the guest experience within a Forbes Four-Star environment and luxury service culture.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, professional, and passionate about hospitality, with outstanding communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury setting while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival and departure.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Provide information on resort amenities, dining, activities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and special accommodations with professionalism and urgency.
• Process reservations, room changes and billing transactions accurately.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor room availability and communicate occupancy updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Adhere to Forbes Travel Guide standards and company service expectations.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
