You will engage clients, promote digital solutions, and work with team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Experience in cash handling and sales referrals is preferred, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and relationship building.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests with product and procedural knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and grow client relationships through high-quality, personalized interactions in person or via outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote convenience and self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal partners as financial needs are identified.
• Support center operations including opening/closing, vault management, cash drawer setup, and balancing.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and overrides as needed, maintaining balance standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
