Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking an Inn Server to deliver attentive dining service and create memorable experiences for members and guests. Report to the Inn Dining Room Manager and ensure seamless service from arrival through departure.

The role emphasizes accurate order processing, proactive communication, and maintaining high dining room standards. Training, safety, and professionalism are expected in a fast-paced resort setting.

Formación

• Previous hospitality or restaurant server experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to accurately process guest and member transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dining room leadership and service team members.
• Food Handler Certification required; certification can be provided.
• ServSafe Certification required; certification can be provided.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and split shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts as business needs require.
• Arrive to work on time and in proper uniform that is clean, professional, and in good repair.
• Maintain grooming standards, including clean and professional appearance, in accordance with Club policies.
• Attend all training programs, safety courses, and pre-shift meetings.
• Identify and report safety hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Prepare dining areas and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally.
• Guide guests through their dining experience and communicate proactively throughout service.
• Enter and manage member and guest checks accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Captain or Dining Room Manager regarding service flow and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
• Complete closing side work and ensure checks are closed properly.
• Submit checkout paperwork to Captain or Dining Room Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
