Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders accurately to tables and service areas.
• Maintain mise en place; keep stations clean and organized.
• Assist in ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.
• Stock service stations with plates, bowls, utensils, and supplies.
• Attend required trainings, safety programs and staff meetings.
• Provide support to the Chef and Dining Room Manager as needed.
