Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, and monitor merchandise in fitting rooms.
• Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and collaborate with sales associates.
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions about location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
