Job summary

The Colony Scheels in The Colony, TX is hiring for a Customer Service/Fitting Room Associate. You will greet customers, check them in/out of rooms, restock and prepare merchandise for the floor, and answer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and 1-3 months of related experience or training. Scheels offers ESOP, 401(k) with Roth options, comprehensive health coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, monitor merchandise in fitting rooms
• Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
