Job summary

The Colony Scheels is seeking a customer service oriented associate to join our team in The Colony, TX. You will assist customers in the fitting rooms, answer calls, and help with daily office tasks while promoting our product knowledge and Scheels Visa Rewards program.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training, with the energy to thrive in a busy retail setting. Expect a 41-hour work week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service in fitting rooms and on sales floor.
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers and transfer calls to appropriate associates as needed.
• Support general office duties including mail handling and sign making.
• Create daily pocket schedules and shop signage.
• Develop product knowledge with sales team to meet daily goals.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards program and explain benefits.
• Maintain organization and dress code standards for a welcoming environment.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and assist Leadership as needed.
