Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries; learn product knowledge to help customers.
• Ability to work with others and communicate clearly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise in the fitting room
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
