Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, and monitor merchandise in the fitting area.
• Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and coordinate with sales associates.
• Provide location, price, and usage information and direct customers to the appropriate associate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
