Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or in pursuit).
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room.
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates.
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
