Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic team members to welcome guests, present the OTF concept, and guide new intros through their first workout. You will work with trainers to ensure a smooth experience, then sell memberships to help the studio thrive.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio guests with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and follow up with prospects.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events; keep the studio clean and organized.
