You will greet studio guests, present the OTF concept, give tours, work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, and promote memberships while supporting marketing events. A collaborative, growth‑focused environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Give studio tours.
• Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
