Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to share our story and help clients get active. You will greet guests, present the OTF concept, tour studios, and work with trainers to guide intros through first workouts.

You’ll sell memberships, follow up with prospects, participate in marketing events, and keep the studio clean. A passion for fitness and strong communication skills are essential for success.

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Giving studio tours.
• Working with trainers to guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
