Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic professionals to greet members and guests, present the OTF concept, and guide intros with trainers. You will help new clients start their first Orangetheory workout and promote memberships to support studio growth.

Ideal candidates communicate well, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in a fast-paced fitness environment. A positive attitude and willingness to engage with people are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Energetic, positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as intros.
• Giving studio tours.
• Guiding intros through the first Orangetheory workout with trainers.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Keeping all studio areas clean and organized.
