Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to greet guests, present the OTF concept, and guide them through their first workout. You will work closely with trainers to demonstrate intros and help convert prospects into members, while supporting studio operations and outreach efforts.

The role emphasizes superb communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about all aspects of the business. Competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with trainers.

Responsibilities

• Greet every studio entrant with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Give studio tours.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
