Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic team members to share our story with guests and drive memberships. You’ll greet visitors, present the OTF concept, and guide newcomers through their first workout with trainers, while collaborating with a passionate team in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone entering the studio with energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through first Orangetheory workouts.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and follow up with prospects.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and keep the studio clean and organized.
