Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic, people-oriented individuals to greet guests with enthusiasm, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout. You will sell memberships and support the studio’s growth while collaborating with trainers and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on paper.
• Willingness to greet visitors with enthusiasm and energy.
• Interest in health and fitness and ability to articulate the OTF concept.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Give studio tours.
• Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
