Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an energetic team member to greet visitors, present the OTF concept, and guide new clients through their first workout. You will collaborate with trainers to convert intros into memberships and support outreach events.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping others improve their fitness and lifestyle through Orangetheory’s unique heart-rate based training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
• Experience in selling memberships or services is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to studio success.

Responsibilities

• Greet every visitor with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through their first workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and follow up with prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and maintain a clean, organized studio.
