Job summary

Rumble Boxing Plantation is seeking a motivated Front Desk Leader to drive sales, manage memberships and lead the Front Desk team. You will build relationships with members, convert leads, and ensure excellent client experiences in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking performance, and supporting the Studio Owner on monthly targets, while maintaining a clean, organized facility and reliable technology operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness or retail sales experience.
• Ability to lead and train sales reps.
• Fluent English with strong communication, in person, by phone and email; Spanish a bonus.
• Thrives in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Good judgment to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized with data management and prioritization abilities.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, neat.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to work well with staff, clients and the public.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and management.
• Engage in marketing to generate leads for the studio.
• Follow the sales process to convert leads to members.
• Maintain Membership relations and build rapport.
• Retain members and generate referrals.
• Address member concerns with solutions-focused responses.
• Train new Front Desk team members.
• Manage Front Desk schedule.
• Supervise Front Desk performance and drive results.
• Contribute to financial performance and targets with the owner.
• Plan monthly/quarterly targets and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure all technology is working; submit tickets when needed.
