Job summary

CamFit is seeking a Sales Associate to engage with members and drive membership sales in a fast-paced studio environment. You’ll greet guests, present membership options, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.

Responsibilities include studio tours, hitting sales goals for memberships and retail, maintaining accurate records in our sales systems, handling inbound calls and member care, and supporting daily operations while collaborating with coaches.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills and experience in a goal-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to grow within CamFit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
