Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0-1 year).
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospective members, and guests while reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings and development opportunities.
• Conduct studio tours and communicate membership options clearly; answer questions about programs and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships in the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented studio environment.
