Job summary

BASECK Training in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking a Personal Training Manager. You will lead high-energy group sessions, coach individuals on goals, and support onboarding to ensure client confidence from day one.

You will also hire, train, and mentor staff, manage schedules, and drive studio growth through retention and KPIs. A NASM/ACE certification and 1+ year leadership in fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
• 1+ years coaching or leading a team in a fitness setting; management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy group training sessions that keep members motivated and coming back.
• Coach members one-on-one on goals, accountability, and habits that create real, lasting results.
• Support new member onboarding so every client feels confident and cared for from day one.
• Hire, train, and mentor coaching staff to studio standards.
• Build and manage the coaching schedule to keep sessions covered and staff engaged.
• Give coaches ongoing feedback and development so they can grow into future leaders.
• Partner with ownership on retention, member experience, and studio growth strategy.
• Track and report on class attendance, retention, and coaching KPIs.
