Crunch Fitness is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of our personal training program. You will lead and develop trainers, ensure performance goals are met, and uphold brand standards to empower members on their fitness journeys.

Qualificações

• Must hold a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Must have at least 2 years of Personal Training Experience.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training team.
• Oversee PT systems, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules; ensure accurate Time & Labor records.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide guidance.
• Support Membership Counselors with fitness and supplementation presentations to drive retention.
• Deliver personal training services, including customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
• Build and maintain your own client base through consultations, kickoffs, and training sessions.
