Job summary

Urge Fitness is seeking a sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training business within our club in Clementon, New Jersey.

This full-time management and sales position blends Personal Training sales, membership sales, client relationship management, trainer oversight and day-to-day leadership. You'll work directly with the General Manager to grow the business, develop the training team and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and leadership potential.
• Experience in fitness industry preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Sell URGE Personal Training programs and services.
• Conduct consultations and present training solutions to clients.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and in person.
• Proactively approach members to create sales opportunities.
• Oversee Personal Trainers and the PT client experience.
• Drive trainer productivity and client retention.
• Handle day-to-day PT management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to grow club revenue.
• Maintain reporting and accountability for results.
