Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, drive membership growth, and deliver practitioner‑assisted stretching with a high‑performing team.

You will open, manage, and develop the studio, coach Sales Associates, and ensure exceptional member experiences while hitting daily and monthly targets in a fast‑paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 2+ team members in a retail or service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio for members, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Greet members, check in, and provide a welcoming, caring experience.
• Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of stretching.
• Track KPIs and daily/monthly goals, resolve member questions with professionalism.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service daily.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 2+ team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and customer personalities
