Job summary

You will interact with members, train Sales Associates, and uphold Club Pilates policies in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

You should be fluent in English with strong communication, be highly organized, and able to manage schedules, inventory, and events.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Execute adherence to all company policies, including at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
