Riser Fitness seeks an Assistant General Manager in Minneapolis to drive revenue through memberships, retail sales, and private training enrollments. You will lead Sales Associates, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth studio operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the General Manager and support district leadership as needed, overseeing staff, scheduling, and events while upholding the brand and policies of this Pilates franchise operator.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Able to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates in transactions.
• Highly organized with data management and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Schedule prospects into introductory classes using the sales process.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory accuracy of studio products.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Enforce club policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Handle outstanding dues and payments.
• Coordinate with instructors and staff on staffing/scheduling.
