Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Savage, MN to lead front-end revenue and member relations at our club. You will oversee sales, training of associates, and ensure high-quality customer service in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities include implementing sales processes, managing staffing, and coordinating marketing events while maintaining inventory accuracy and studio cleanliness. This role requires strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive revenue through memberships and retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via grass-roots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Resolve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for studio retail products.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Make high-level customer-service decisions independently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Enforce company policies and lead by example.
• Schedule and participate in events and promotions.
