Club Pilates in Edina, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily studio operations and drive revenue through memberships, retail, and training programs. You will coach Sales Associates, manage client relations, and ensure adherence to company policies in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong communication, organized, and capable of coordinating events, promotions, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates.
• Ability to drive revenue: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training enrollments.
• Able to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Strong writing, grammar, and data management capabilities.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat with attention to detail.
• Trustworthy with confidential information and able to work with various stakeholders.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing and scheduling with instructors and personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Adhere to all company policies, including at-will employment.
