Riser Fitness, LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy Pilates studio. You will drive membership and retail sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service daily.

The role reports to the General Manager and is a full-time position with at-will employment policies. Strong organization and communication skills are essential to success in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Competenze

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Ability to drive revenue: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training enrollments.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong data management and deadline prioritization.

Mansioni

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
