SPENGA Dayton is seeking a front desk manager who is positive, energetic, and efficient to warmly welcome members and ensure a great studio experience. You will oversee front desk duties, manage memberships and retail, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes sales, retention, and promoting SPENGA culture. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a willingness to learn the new fitness philosophy, and the motivation to drive growth through exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Previous sales experience; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience/certs in personal training, group training, Spin or yoga are a plus.
