Description

Corte Bella Country Club Association is seeking several motivated, high energy Group Fitness Instructors to lead residents, in a group environment, through a format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance while ensuring the safety of the residents and their guests in an active adult community. The fitness instructors we are seeking will be certified to teach in the following areas: Cycling, Zumba, Dance, Step and Aqua. The Group Fitness Instructor will create a motivational and fun environment for all participants while teaching correct form and routine to accommodate all fitness levels through clear verbal instruction.

The ideal candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of residents, solicit feedback about the class, be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintain a positive and professional attitude towards residents and guests a like.

Department:Fitness

Purpose: The need to exercise in an active adult community is an absolute must! Instructors will possess the ability to lead our residents and guests in every class by creating a sense of community with fun results focused on group workouts where everyone feels successful.

Requirements for Instruction:

• Works well within an active adult community and HOA.

Required Certifications:

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification

Possible Schedules:

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification Requirements:

• AED/CPR Certification

• Professional Liability Insurance - with Corte Bella as an additional insured upon hire
