This role provides various support functions for the Contractor Relations team in the Home Warranty Division. Effectively manage and coordinate the contractor hiring cycle from initial contact, gathering documents, and training on all FA policies and procedures to maintain customer satisfaction, service levels, and appropriate coverage levels. Answer questions regarding the entire hiring process, documenting each call. The lead will assist recruiters with gathering leads, reviewing insurance, completing hire packages, producing daily and monthly reports, and helping train team members on First American’s recruiting processes and procedures.
