D1 Training is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist to drive outbound outreach, set appointments, and convert leads into paid memberships at our Brandon, FL facility. You’ll be the first contact for prospective athletes, guiding them into the right training programs and helping them experience our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a similar role.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and follow-up.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Organized with effective lead management.
• High energy, competitive, and goal-driven.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
