Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by creating a welcoming and informative environment.
• Support a strong onboarding experience to connect members with fitness offerings and resources.
