Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive fitness programs and assign clients to personal trainers. You will convert leads to new members, exceed sales targets, and guide a team of trainers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will manage daily activities, connect members to PT services and dotFIT supplements, and help maintain high member engagement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in fitness industry or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers
• Ability to mentor/train team members and lead by example
• Demonstrated integrity and professional judgment in high-stakes sales
• Willingness to obtain nationally accredited certifications within 120 days

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with current or new members daily and drive membership growth.
• Customer Service Concierge: Assist clients with scheduling, billing, and inquiries.
• Team Builder: Foster collaboration to meet club goals and develop training staff.
