Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive the fitness programs and connect clients with trainers. You will assign a team of trainers to clients, set sales targets, and maintain an energetic, supportive club environment.

The ideal candidate brings proven sales experience, a passion for fitness, and strong interpersonal skills. A dynamic, competitive culture offers growth and a free gym membership as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Prior sales success in fitness or health services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to motivate and energize members and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign trainers to clients, driving program adoption and success.
• Convert leads into new clients and transition them to PTs for ongoing service.
• Maintain high activity levels and engage with members throughout shifts.
• Proactively connect members to personal training and dotFIT supplements.
• Meet or exceed scheduled, show, and close rate targets for consultations and sales.
• Foster collaboration and trust within the trainer team.
