Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive our fitness programs and connect members with dedicated trainers. You will lead the process from lead to client, ensuring a smooth handoff to PTs for exceptional results.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, engaging members daily, and promoting dotFIT supplements as aligned with member goals. A fast-paced, team-centric, competitive environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification in one or more approved nationally accredited certifications within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lead fitness programs to convert leads into clients.
• Assign trainers to clients and manage scheduling and program delivery.
• Maintain high activity levels and engage with members across shifts.
• Promote trainer expertise and build trust within the team.
