Job summary

True Fitness Technology in Seattle seeks a driven Direct Sales Representative to grow the brand and manage customers, sales results, installations, and service within Seattle and assigned territories. You will focus on YMCA’s, for-profit clubs, JCC’s, universities, and key accounts, with minimal supervision.

Develop deep product knowledge, lead generation, and CRM usage to nurture relationships, meet revenue targets, and stay competitive in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Educational background in sales or related field.
• Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and grow customers and leads to hit sales goals.
• Present True Fitness products and promotions to customers.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with key accounts.

• Coordinate with teams for delivery and installation.
