Job summary

True Fitness is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to independently manage customers, sales results, installations, and service within Phoenix and assigned territories.

You will grow the True Fitness brand by establishing and nurturing relationships with YMCA’s, for-profit clubs, JCC’s, Universities, and Key Accounts, leveraging a proven sales background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales with customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to educate on features and selling techniques.
• Experience with CRM modules.
• Genuine passion for fitness and promoting wellness.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, manage customers and leads to meet sales goals.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and implement sales strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain existing relationships while creating new opportunities.
• Provide product education and sales presentations.
• Track leads and opportunities using CRM.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and territorial plan.
• Attend sales meetings and conferences.
